Introduction to Coding Culture

To all the coders out there, this is  my first blog and I'm a novice to this so if there are any mistakes in my blog comments and suggestions are welcome.
Let me introduce myself first I'm M.Sai Sirisha pursuing B.Tech. II year in St.Martin's Engineering College.
As the title suggests, Introduction to coding culture I was introduced to the term programming language or programming for the first time when I was pursuing higher secondary classes. But I came to know about the actual Coding culture when I joined the Coder's Club Facebook group of my college in the month of September that was the time I actually realised whatever was taught to us in higher secondary classes were not even 1% of it.The day I saw a poster in my college showing highest package to be 28lpa I was shocked but the day I met Mr.Abhijith Ravuri I realised only hardwork, sincerity and  discipline are the key to success. These Coder's Club mentors started giving us training on basic concepts of C,which we thought were not necessary in the 1 semester but actually  realised their importance after we gradually started solving them. They gave us tasks to complete which were basically aimed at improving our problem solving ability ,understanding the complexities of algoritms, how functions work, what is the need to write good code although I have just started my journey I can say that I have learnt a lot from these mentors especially Abhijith Anna and will keep learning . I will always be thankful to him the reason being because of him I have started working on Coding skills, few months back I used to complete tasks in few hours if not possible postpone them but now I'm trying to learn the value of time and trying to code upto 4-5 hours everyday.
Today even if I'm writing a post is because of him or else I was a person who even feared to ask doubts.

ADMIN INTERFACE:

STUDENT INTERFACE:

FACULTY INTERFACE:

Now I'll share something about my project which I did in the month of December .My partner in this project was one of my friend. We started the project with the guidance of Mr.Abhijith Ravuri and we named our project as Anonymous Feedback System that is used to take feedback about the faculty and infrastructure of the college where student details remain hidden. For this we were required to learn PHP for coding the backend part HTML and CSS for designing the User Interface and SQL for connecting to the databases. We had decided to divide the project among oursleves and Admin Interface was completely designed by Madhurima whereas Student Interface was designed by me.Later on, we also added Faculty Interface so that faclty could also view the feedback posted by students.Since we were new to the languages like PHP,HTML,CSS and SQL  we invested 2-3 days of time in learning the actual concepts. Then the interfaces were integrated and made into a final unit. Eventhough this system has already been implemented we rebuild the whole system so that we could learn. Our Feedback Portal was hosted and build using XAMPP server. We completed our project in less than a fortnight but the errors had to be fixed which took next 10 days and we completed them.In the whole process Abhijith Anna kept giving us suggestions to improve the system in a such a way that it was user friendly to use.The above video shows Admin interface,Student and Faculty interfaces of our project.
